Yeah, except not. It's a show about real people who are buying or remolding their house. There's one called Pr*perty Br*thers with these twins that convince a couple or whomever is looking to buy a house that they can't buy their dream house without going the renovation route.

It's definitely shady and they even talk about how shady they are being.
