You should try it. [itsuki is an artist now so he's all about this] It feels pretty calming when you get into it... You can just turn your thoughts off for an hour.
A lot of people take classes or apprenticeships, yeah. But art depends on feelings, right? No one can stop you from feeling something. And who's gonna stop you from drawing or making whatever you like?
