I don't know if I have a favorite, though. I usually just read whatever Mukkun recommends... Ah, but there was this one he suggested because it was getting a TV adaptation. It's a romance, but the twists were really fun!

Like... the protagonist was working so hard, but the love interest didn't even realize she was into him for a long time, even though they kept ending up together through these twists of fate! Just when she was about to give up, he finally kissed her!
